Stationary cooking and sterilisation autoclave

The stationary autoclave type STAUTO allows the cooking under pressure or sterilising of non-packed and packed food products. Via a crane way, the baskets can be easily lifted into the kettle. The baskets are adapted to the products. The indirect heating with high-pressure steam and the pressure in the product room of up to 3 bar guarantee an effective and safe course of production. A solid construction and a state-of-the-art control system guarantee a flexible application in the industrial processing of food products.
