Pasteurisation line

Single and multi-lane belt systems can run different holding times at the same water temperature. In addition, multi-lane belt systems allow the pasteurisation of different packages from several packaging lines.

Belt cooling system

After the pasteurisation process, the products are cooled in a water bath. The cooling water is pumped in a circulation and cooled with glycols via a heat exchanger.

Loading system

One or multi-lane transport belts transfer the packaging continuously to the belt pasteurisation plant.

Blowing-off belt system

After the cooling, the packages are transferred through a special blowing-off system where the remaining water drops are blown off.
