The Test Center

Our own test kitchen is equipped with a steam generator, a thermal oil plant as well as various cooling and freezing devices.
This provides the possibility to carry out comprehensive and practical tests with completed machines. Furthermore, our customers can run trials on Berief machines in order to find the optimum solution for the respective tasks.

Upon prior arrangement, we are in a position to make these trials at any time with our standard machines like for example the tilting cooking kettle type KIPPKO, the contact belt grill type DUBRA, cooking kettles, the industrial wok type ContiWok and others. It goes without saying that technical and technological advice from our company will be provided during the trials.
